TERMS & CONDITIONS
Rates are inclusive of accommodation in luxury Bush Villas on a room only basis, free Wi-Fi, parking at the Villa, daily cleaning service and use of the lodge facilities.
The rates are mentioned in South African Rand and are per Villa up to 6 people. An additional fee will be charged for extra people.
Rates exclude:
- All meals & drinks
- Transfers to/from the lodge
- Safaris and activities
- Any gratuities
- Compulsory international travel insurance
Bush Villas on Kruger reserves the right to change rates without prior notice.
MINIMUM STAY
A standard minimum stay of 2 nights applies
A minimum stay of 4 nights applies during the Christmas Holidays & Long Weekends (please refer to the rate sheet for dates)
CHILD POLICY
- Children of all ages accepted
- Children age 0-2 stay FOC
- A baby cot may be requested at time of booking
GENERAL
Check in time is after 14h00 and latest 19h00 / Check out is at 10h00.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed at the lodge.
Entrance is granted strictly to the number of people on the confirmation. Any additional people need to be added to the booking and paid for before arrival.
No day visitors are permitted on the property unless prior confirmation is obtained through management.
RESERVATIONS
All reservations need to be made online through our website www.bushvillasonkruger.com. After completing the reservation process, you will receive a confirmation and invoice via email.
The confirmation and invoice must be checked immediately on receipt for any errors. Any inadequacies should be notified by email or phone within 48 hours following the date of the confirmation/invoice and in any case before the start of the stay.
Any changes to your booking must be made in writing via email. It is to the discretion of Bush Villas on Kruger if the required changes can be confirmed and if any costs will be incurred.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings must be cancelled in writing via email on reservations@bushvillasonkruger.com quoting your booking number and date of arrival.
- 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the value of the booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 14 days prior to arrival, 75% of the value of the booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 7 days prior to arrival 90% of the value of booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours prior to arrival 100% of the value of the booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be given for no-shows and early check outs.
PAYMENTS
If your booking is made within 30 days from arrival, full pre-payment is required.
If your booking is made further than 30 days or more from arrival, a deposit of 50% is requested, which is due within 10 days of the booking being confirmed.
NB. Should a pre-payment not be received to secure the booking; we reserve the right to cancel the booking after 10 days from booking or a month before arrival, whichever comes first.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A mandatory refundable deposit of ZAR 1500 per villa per stay is required on check-in to cover any breakages or damages to the premises. All breakages will be charged at their replacement cost plus an additional charge to absorb administration costs. Upon check out the deposit will be released in full, if no issues, from our bank within 7 working days from the check-out date.
ADDITIONAL COVID-19 TERMS
- In the event that you cannot travel due to COVID-19 related travel bans or health issues you can change your booking to a date within 12 months of your original check-in date, subject to availability and free of charge. Changes must be made up to 7 days prior to the original arrival date.
- Any bookings moved based on these special COVID-19 related terms cannot be transferred to other guests.
- Original rates will apply.
COMPLAINTS
Guests are required to notify the managers of Bush Villas on Kruger immediately in case of any complaints.
FORCE MAJEURE
LIABILITY
Bush Villas on Kruger does not accept any responsibility for unexpected building activities in the neighbourhood of the lodge. Furthermore, no liability is accepted for nuisance caused by insects or animals in or around the villas.

Parking facilities are used at own risk. Bush Villas on Kruger does not take responsibility for the safe custody of any vehicle, or articles therein, or for any damage either to a vehicle or articles, however, caused, nor for injury to any person.
